I don't know how to do the fancy blue quote box but your wrote

Just click on "reply to this topic" at the bottom of the page, and on the page that follows it will show a quote feature you can use. The quote feature will show you how to format the tags for use with "Quick Reply". ;]

I couldn't show you myself, else it would have created just an empty box.
