Without wishing to sound like a stuck record that isn't how your customers see the SERPs though is it? Monitoring the SERPs is next to impossible these days IMO. You can get a feel on what is going on but it is impossible to know what your customers see for a given search term.(although even with SSL search you can get the search position but not the search term used to see that position).
