Should i start a new site in the same niche? because one of my sites has been hit very hard, it doesn't show in G, only in Bing and Yahoo, same rankings on this other search engines.

Should i start a new one? or try to remove bad backlinks? i'm a bit confused, tough the site only had 50 UV / day.
