it seems very bizarre to punish a site in this way. imagine punishing a cooking program for having the words "cookery show" in the title. or a TV listings magazine for having the words "TV guide" in the title.

Punishing the content of the site, i can understand, if it's low quality. but marking a site down because the title tells you what it's about? isn't that what we're supposed to do?
