I'm fairly sure they don't use Analytics data to alter search results for individual sites. Of course they use aggregate data to explore potential algorithm changes.
Chrome needs to be a stand-alone product, it wouldn't make a lot of sense to have it "secretly" sending data. The potential backlash would destroy the product that now has a noticeable market share.
