Why are we all still making a big deal about each and every panda refresh? This has become a part of googles algorithm and it sounds like it is here to stay.

I am saying this as someone who became overly obsessed with each and every google update. It does you no good to worry about each and every update google is rolling out. Right now the SEO world is dealing with panda and penguin but there are so many other aspects of googles algorithm that none of us even know about. These kinds of threads are exactly what google wants. You think google is announcing these updates for our benefit?

If you were hit by one of these updates, your plan no longer works. If you want to stay relevant in the SEO world it is your job to adapt. That means becoming more natural. Short cuts are no longer worth it.

I cant control what google does. I can only control what I can do. While I still monitor googles updates, I no longer try to understand them because I have driven myself crazy in the past. if I can only go back and focus more on my actual sites than focusing on what google is doing, I would have had so much more free time to actually have a life.

Stop waiting for the next panda/penguin refresh to fix all your problems. Be pro-active and focus on a real business that can sustain itself. And most of all do what you enjoy doing.
