---- Two search results for my site's content - with weird URLs?

This might be a stupid question - but I have no idea who to ask.

I was doing a search today pulling little clumps of content from one
of my high traffic pages to see if it comes up anywhere else in the SERPS (IE: scrapers..etc)

What was weird is the original page showed up first in the results and then under it was my site again - only a different title and a different url?

One of the URLS ended in: /?order=asc

Then I pulled another little paragraph from the same page and did another check - same thing happened only the second url was longer and totally different than the /?order-asc - but still - wasn't right and had a different title as well.

Neither weird result showed my author markup like the "actual" page does.

My site is in wordpress and has been for a year and a half.

Obviously my concern is duplicate content or something "mechanical" on my site creating these pages that I don't understand. Having two results cannot be good - and I'm just trying to figure it out or understand if this is something that happens with wordpress and how to fix it. And how is Google indexing it?

Hope I explained this well enough - wasn't sure how to word it without using the actual urls.

Thanks in advance.
