To back OhNo up - I can (and have) check his key phrases from here in the states and they are essentially the same as what he sees in the UK. He can check mine (and has) as well and I'll bet this mornings first cup of coffee that he finds exactly what I see.
I am also experiencing the same phenomenon. Good positions in the serps, slightly increasing traffic levels (G says + 25%, but that doesn't jibe with the graphs) yet terrible traffic quality. No buyers.
