Youtube seems to be the new mode of spam

A lot of Pinterest spam too. Make a Pinterest page with a good name (= keyword), add lots of images that direct back to your website and you might rank for it. No text needed, only duplicated images ...

For one of the keywords I'm following I'm now seeing 3 Pinterest pages within the first 10 results.
