I'm seeing a lot of weirdness here. 3:00 EST was an absolutely crazy hour. Google referrals more than double normal. The 4:00 hour seems to have settled down. Definitely makes me think something big is in the works, but honestly, who can tell these days.

Only thing I know for sure is that I clearly watch analytics too much.
