Great stuff but one thought prevails - 3rd party human evaluators in India and other countries have the last word in rankings so figuring out the AI is still not as important as making sure you pass a human *authority* sniff test.
An interesting theory that matches some of my own observations. Do you have other evidence that suggests this may be correct? Perhaps it deserves a thread to itself.
If you are right I suspect that human intervention is being used initially whilst the AI engine learns it's trade and then takes over completely. Either way I'm sure it's the future but I'm equally sure there will be lots of bumps along the way.
