Well I think you're wrong as a fundamental part of any client relationship is to have a solid on going strategy (but again), what I'm referring to is cheeky little tit bits that can be added to being in extra value, whether it be a new suggestion, a tool that is relevant for them to trial, one or two things that may not have necessarily made it into the long term view.
