You'd think so wouldn't you? That is what I can't understand. I think the problem is personalised search, what we see is NOT what someone else does. However, how would we always see good SERP's yet have no traffic or conversions? There is no doubt traffic throttling exists, the data is just too uniform for it not to IMO. I think that is where the current problem lies. How do they throttle is the question...
