@ diberry, I've been seeing that for months now. SERP's looks great yet one day can be great with the next very poor. Monitoring the SERP's seems useless these days, yesterday (Thursday) was also very poor for us, one site seem to come back on Wednesday but that was wiped out again yesterday. So far the worse week since 2005/2006.
