There's been at least 2-3 huge SERP movements with no confirmations of anything by them. They stopped doing their monthly search highlights. And as far as we know, it's been 2 1/2 months since they ran Penguin.

Seems to me that they've become less transparent, while at same time saying they're trying to be more transparent.
