I am tired confused and a bit cheesed off with Panda, every time I try and add content to a site it backfires, add links it backfires, improve design it backfires, improve speed it backfires, remove content it backfires, I could go on.............

I can honestly say that although not the best sites in their sector there are far worse ranking above them.

I feel like " We're caught in a trap "
