@kendo That's kind of my point - in art "black on black" is considered acceptable maybe. Online, if we're talking user-experience, that's just not the case. This would with a great degree of objectivity be considered bad user-experience whether it's significant artistically or not. And algorithmically, those are certainly the kinds of decisions that I think it would be valid for Google to make a judgement on.
