After the latest Panda "In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed..." messages are all over tech-related SERPs I monitor. 1st pages are a mix of scrapers and retailers. In particular my positions are replaced with the same scraped content republished weeks after the original.

It's weird that Google has this unresolved bug in their algo for more than a year.
