But they never claim that. They actually claim the quality of SERPS is far better now and their users are loving it. Are they lying when they make such claims
Actually, I think it was Amit Singhal who did say something like that last year. Unfortunately, the search results are so rough right now I can't find the link to it ;)
I doubt that they're lying - I've never heard an outright lie, just spin. So I'm sure they have SOME data that shows Panda and Penguin changes in particular have helped their user stats.
There isn't much information around to indicate some great mass of user dissatisfaction with Google, after all - just webmaster dissatisfaction.
