This was the first Panda update in which there was not a deep crawl to my site several days before. The results of the update for my site appear to be neutral. Were only certain sites picked to be part of the update? Did they do the refresh using the same data as 3.7? There has been some speculation something didn't go the way Google wanted with 3.7 and that's why 3.8 was run so soon after.
