Believe me, very few people seem to be making the assumption about user metrics mattering for Panda. I've been trying to get people to think that way - some are getting it, some don't want to. Panda is all about user metrics and producing a good user experience.

Sites hit by Panda are vulnerable to Penguin. Their user experience isn't good enough to overcome it.
