Is it me or is this the final reveal of what the infamous Florida update was about, with the alleged "sandbox".
Prior to that sites could rand immediately #1 for any term, whenever the Google Dance started.
I also believe that some industries (keyword sectors) may have a longer duration until a new site will see rankings.
