Seems like this happens after each "quality" update. Too bad Google suffers from amnesia and can't recall the good sites that ranked well for years with good content BEFORE the update occurred.

From what I am observing post penguin, Google now needs a new update called "know it all" that gets rid of all the new high ranking "answer" type sites. It's ridiculous!
