Ok, if they are all xxrn or the like then maybe (but then again maybe not) it might have an effect. But just "low quality"? Do you have any sources or data to back your statement up?

There's a Matt Cutts video where he says that it is unlikely, but if you are on a server with a lot of really bad sites (probably lots of malware sites?) then it might affect your rankings.
