doesnt work for any of my sites but then again i've already removed links and done all kinds of crap to fix them to no avail.

I did notice Google not indexing or crawling either on the penguinized sites, its almost like we're in a penalty box until a certain time.

I read somewhere else to try removing your sitemap and re submitting in WMT after you send the google bot to fetch your pages. It did get my site reindexed but no rankings recovery.
