Im sure im not alone with a certain site in Webmaster Tools showing THOUSANDS of links to there site. Goes along the lines of "downupper.TLD". Does anyone think these types of links hold any standing with google?

Ive requested that the domain in question removes all links immediatley and they sure enough responded and have done so. When WT catches up it will be interesting to see what happens as they linkd to m4 thousand times and when they go ill lose around 60% of my links..
