@chrisv1963, it has definitely not improved for me. I do plenty of searches daily and Google loves to single out one word out of a phrase and show results for that single word instead of trying to return results relevant to the phrase.

Furthermore, my statement is talking about the reports where Bing's traffic is up worldwide.
