We have spent a lot of effort on checkout process, and are pleased with completion rates.
We also have a lot of "non-money" pages that drive traffic, which increases your sales-per-product metric by quite a bit (it's not one we've ever tracked, so can't give you historic). If we count ALL Google refferals (whether to product pages or info pieces), we're at about
