When I search for my company name, my homepage comes back with the title being replaced with the name of my company. I checked some of my competition and am not able to duplicate with their sites.

Also, inner pages being returned in SERPS for various terms have the actual title and then the company inserted next to it. Like below:

this is the actual title - My Company Name

What is the reason for this?
