Easiest way would be to put a canonical tag on your home page: [googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com...]

I would NOT put index.asp in robots.txt, that will NOT cause google to stop indexing it.

Alternatively you could make index.asp redirect to the proper url of the home page. Takes a bit of server configuration to do it though.
