I remember trying many different search terms, as many as I could think of, and couldn't find it on Google. This isn't the only such experience I've had searching for things on Google, just the most memorable.

Are you sure it wasn't top 12 free video converters? I can't find anything, anywhere for encoders but converters comes up #1 and #2 in Google, but nowhere in Bing.
