Very few of these March changes seem to be about organic search ranking. Images, News, logging in, personal profiles, navigational queries (at least we're getting close there) etc, etc. I'm not sure whether this indicates what they feel is important, or rather just a list of everything that they worked on, regardless of emphasis or resources devoted.
