One significant change I see now in the Google SERPS is wikipedia ranks number 1 for everything. Be it search for countries, flags, celebrities, meaning of English words, places or anything else..not sure whether it is because of the changes to anchor text or synonyms or the wikidata partnership or the general partnership..
