I don't think so. Hopefully they gonna allow current SERPs of Google Korea [google.co.kr...] to propagate to Google.com etc. ;-)

I might be wrong, but I think I read somewhere that Panda was not implemented yet on Google Korea. This might explain why the Google Korea serps are so good ... :-)
