Ok, here is an update. Its been a month since the manual spam penalty was actually revoked. As stated, I had to contact them twice, since the first time, the penalty was not revoked as they stated.

Before the penalty, I was getting 700-1000 google clicks per day.

After the penalty, I was getting 7 to 10 clicks per day.

Today, 1 month after the revoking of the penalty I am getting about
100 clicks per day.

Still far from where I would like to be. I have not seen much improvement since the first week. Hoping that as some have stated, it can take several months to regain your pre-penalty status. So after 1 month, I guess I should just continue to be patient?

I guess what we want to know, is how long it could take to regain all your former clicks. Of course algorithms could be sabotaging your clicks at this point.
