I've been struggling with this on one site also. It's been 6 weeks since penalty revoked and no return of rankings, which were very good for a decade. Another reinclusion verified that there is no manual penalty. The only thing it shows up for is an exact match for the domain name which is a unique phrase. Any ideas?
