Yes, this refers to a reconsideration request that google Revokes a spam penalty (removes the manual penalty). We believe the spam came when the site was hacked, as the penalty occured very shortly after the hacking. Did not even know it was hacked for quite a while. I wondered how long it takes for the manual penalty revoke takes before you see your ranking again. From what people have posted here, sounds like 2 weeks to 90 days. So one should not panic if nothing has happened in 2 days?
