That's potentially 17% cumulative of queries with Panda. The problem for some is it's a lot stronger is some vertical segments and money producing sites, built for income, which tend to be more aggressive in their SEO.

I'd ramp that up a bit in those segments. Prepare for some noise and anguish, followed by a long period of analysis. Hopefully it will be easier to figure out, even though it may prove difficult to adjust to for some.
