A humorous one is I’m getting outranked by "Chilling Effects" for my own content I filed DMCA’s for. The offender and Chilling Effects remain but I’m ousted. If Google does me any more favors I’m really in trouble.
As a heads up it might be wise to limit the amount of content submitted in a Google DMCA that becomes available to the mentioned.
