I like this. Since you have to be signed in, it affects well under 10% of searches, I guess that will grow now, but I wonder how much?

What's really amazing is how fast they've moved on this. It seems like the G+ pages (like facebook fan pages) just launched and now the G+ is already fully implemented in personal search results.

This new stuff opens up lots of opportunities to get a head start on slower moving, really big competitors.

One added plus, the toggle button turns off all personal search results when you are logged in, which wasn't easily done before.
