Yes, I believe I have a non-Panda penalty in addition to Panda. I was affected by the first round of Panda back in Feb.

Definitely not dmoz listings or any anything like that, I put my time in as far as research. Stanford, Yale, and many other universities link to it and experts in my field have written me to thank me for compiling it. It's not sliced bread or anything, but people interested in the subject seem to appreciate it.
