I have also been going up and down in ranking on the first page for maybe more than a week. I see that with other sites on the first page too. Some sorta google first page dance.

Traffic up since Sunday night 22nd Jan and at the same time conversions picked up.

I suspect they are still tweaking the algorithms they rolled out just recently.
