That's a chore I've been procrastinating about - and something that will no doubt require a bit of a learning curve. You're right, this is yet another reason to get into the field before my sites get left behind.
My largest B2B client is concentrating on tablet-friendly more than mobile; our iPad traffic and sales increased over 800% in 2011 over 2010, while mobile traffic is still negligible. As a percentage of the whole, it's not huge, but the trend is obvious.
So now I'm all about responsive design, apps and QR codes. Woot!
