I wonder how much more revenue they get because of people accidentaly hitting enter twice after typing a search.
In my country,Google Instant had not been fully introduced until shortly ago (not that I had noticed).
After the introduction, I (who was used to pushing Enter twice to see the SERPs, once for selecting the keyword, and once again to see the actual SERPs) found myself surprised many times to land on the #1 page.
I probably contributed (unwillingly) to increase some Adwords bills.
