Actually I think something *has* changed, but I don't think it's Panda.

One of my sites (the one I mentioned earlier - which seen traffic rises for each Panda, a couple of times ~30% traffic rises) hasn't changed when it comes to traffic.

However a few of my other ones (fairly new, very little traffic) have started receiving a small-but-steady amount of traffic as of 2-3 days ago. I have also been promoting them a bit so it could just be coincidence, but it does seem like it could be as the result of a Google update of some sort.
