I've recently enabled Google Site Speed in Analytics, and I'm getting wild fluctuations in the download speed of pages. When I drilled down I get average speeds of 3 to 5 seconds for North American countries, but places like Australia and India are generating times of 120 seconds plus.

For example, yesterday my average site speed was 4.31 seconds. Today, because of a traffic surge from Australia, my average is 21 seconds.

Obviously these outlier numbers have a significant effect on site speed, so does anyone have an idea on how this will effect Rank?
