I think Google is trying to still figure out what is going on, as the site has only been online for 3 weeks now PR has now gone from the new site (white PR bar now) and when I look at Google cache it now says: "404. That’s an error. The requested URL /search?q=cache%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.**********.net.au&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a was not found on this server. That’s all we know."

I will still go ahead and change the IP with GDiddy. AU & NZ site is still ranking.
