I search with my google account logged OUT more often than on since I need to see what Jane and John Doe see, not stuff targeted just for me.

Same here. In fact, I designate Chrome as my cookie-clean, no-history browser for seeing 'real' Google SERPs.

As for Google+, I wish they'd hurry up and get this thing out beta-invitation only phase. I don't have a profile yet and I'm dying to see what all the buzz is about.
