Do I understand your idea correctly? ...that a backlink with a given keyword for anchor text has more power if traffic actually clicks on that backlink?

If that's what you're asking, it's the first I ever thought about the idea. It's an interesting idea, but I don't think Google would have access to that much traffic data.
