almightymonkey, it's certain that something about Panda only runs from time to time. Whether that's because it's so resource-intensive, or simply not easily integrated into Google's dynamic indexing is not as clear.

If they do find it useful (and signs are they do) it will eventually end up integrated, I'm pretty sure of that.
